Matt has been recognised as an impactful leader within the commercial design and construct industry, with a reputation of successfully managing teams, large scale projects, and complex problems for 20+ years.
Matt has a passion for creating environments that can influence and enrich everyday experiences, and delivers with intelligence. Known for his commitment to the user experience and collaborative style, Matt has a knack for putting clients at ease throughout the process. A seeker of positive outcomes, Matt created PALM to do what he does best - create with purpose, and humility.
LYNSEY
The L of PALM
Brand & Strategy
Lynsey is a commercially driven professional with an entrepreneurial approach to business, drawing insight from 15 years of fast paced roles within media, the digital space and creative arena; there isn't much she can't do, other than relax (although she works on this daily)!
A generalist at heart, Lynsey brings creative and strategic thinking and pairs it with day to day implementation, and is the wearer of many hats. Lynsey is adept at working across a range of stakeholders including C-Suite to achieve business goals, and is always up for the challenge.

Playful, and full of spunk, Phoenix walks his own path, loves to break dance, and has vowed to never cut his hair.

ARCHER
The A of PALM
Determined, strong, and fierce. Relentless in his pursuits, this kid is like no other.
Motivated by food, and making an impact, Archer gives us fire in our bellies, and reminds us that perseverance pays off, and being a team player is key.
PIPPA
Design & Strategy
From Pippa Adams Designs, Pippa is a curious creator, boasting 15 years of experience in design, spatial planning, and strategy, with an impressive resume of creating dynamic commercial interiors for some of Australia's leading companies.

With a deep understanding of design beyond its simplest forms, Pippa is a true client centric designer who envisions each project wholly, and leaves no detail unconsidered.

Gentle, and unflappable, with an impeccable aesthetic eye; life is always better with Pippa in it.
KIM
Project Management
Kim is passionate about outcomes, understands the importance of the client relationship, and is as genuine as they come. A weapon in project management, Kim has an intricate understanding of the construction and fitout process with a strong ability to implement cost effective solutions, mitigate challenges, and does what it takes to get it done.

Finance & Administration
Simone from Executive Business Management, is the backbone of PALM Projects. ​An adaptable problem solver and true operational whiz, Simone steers the ship with precision to give us the clarity and confidence to focus on what we do best.

Steady, reliable, and oh *so* lovely, Simone is the glue that holds us together, proving every day that success is in the details (and a well formatted spreadsheet!), and that unicorns really do exist.
