When people hear the name PALM Projects, they often assume it’s inspired by a palm tree 🌴 or the palm of your hand 🤲. But the truth is, it’s something far more personal.

PALM stands for Phoenix, Archer, Lynsey, and Matt – my family.

When we started this business, we wanted it to be more than just another design and construction firm. We wanted it to reflect who we are, how we do things, and what we stand for – a unique point of difference we could proudly own.

PALM is the best of each of us, rolled into one:

PHOENIX reminds us to stay curious, have fun, and not take life too seriously. His energy is woven into the way we embrace creativity and fresh thinking in every project.

ARCHER brings determination, resilience, and a relentless pursuit of excellence — qualities that drive us to push boundaries and deliver the best outcomes for our clients.

LYNSEY is the strategic force behind PALM, with a mind for business and an eye for opportunity. Resourceful, adaptable, and always thinking ahead, she ensures we bring both intelligence and agility to every project.

MATT - aka, me! At the heart of it all, is my passion is people. Great projects aren’t just about bricks and mortar; they’re about the relationships that bring them to life. I believe in collaboration, trust, and doing good work with good people, for good people.
